Obvi offers domestic shipping, free standard shipping on all retail orders in the United States. Orders are shipped out Monday to Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures. No processing or shipping of any orders is done on Saturdays and Sundays. In the case of international shipping, shipping is done worldwide with flat rate shipping. It takes 10 to 14 days for your shipment to reach, depending on the country of shipment. The customer receives an email notification once the order is placed for shipment. Orders may take up to 2 working days to be processed before they are ready for shipment. Standard deliveries will take 3 to 5 working days for delivery once the order has been processed. Orders on weekends are delivered the following week.

. All items that are to be returned must be approved and inspected. Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Obvi. After processing, refunds take 5 to 10 working days to post in the customer’s account. Refunds are issued to the credit used in the transaction. All the shipping costs made on Obvi are non-refundable. All sales are final on any Obvi bar orders. All sales on Black Friday or Cyber Mondays together with accessories, apparel, or gears are declared final. Exchanges or refunds for items damaged in transit are accepted for refund. All international sales are final and are under no circumstance eligible for a refund. Partial refunds will be determinant on an individual basis. Lost items will be deemed the customer’s responsibility, and damaged packages are the only packages that will be re-shipped.
