All Friday’s shipping time is 11 AM. Items not eligible for shipping on the same day are noted on the products. Shipping cost depends on the weight of items, delivery urgency, and other conditions. Returns and Refund Service of Bake Deco

It is for customers to note that orders already shipped out cannot be canceled. However, items can be returned and replaced within 30 days of delivery. Items marked ‘in-stock’ will be provided with a prepaid return label and will have a full refund. Items shipped with a freight shipping method cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
The same goes for items shipped outside the 48 United States. Items marked “Not eligible for free shipping” are not qualified for free returns. Requests for refunds or returns must be made within 30 days prior to the day the receipt of items was issued.
