    Teeth Aligners

    I paid $895 in full on Jan 25th for these aligners (Order #112196). They sent me a kit but were unhappy with the way the impressions turned out. They needed to send me another kit (for an additional $10 charge), and it arrived promptly. However, they were unhappy with THOSE impressions as well.

    They offered me two different time slots for a video session. I picked one, took time off work, and they BLEW ME OFF. No email, no video session, and now I've missed half a day of work.

    I emailed them my dissatisfaction with their unprofessional business practices and requested a refund. No one replied to my email. I called and spoke to 'Ethan' who was extremely vague and said yes, my case had been escalated and I should receive an email shortly. He tried to get off the phone, but when I asked SPECIFICALLY when I would receive my refund, he tripped over himself with gibberish non-answers. When I continued to press, he said 5-7 days then hurried off the phone. I have still not received an email.

    I have contacted American Express and will be filing a claim with them. I will wait one week (as advised by AMEX). If I have not received my FULL refund of $895 by Wednesday, March 2nd, I will file my AMEX claim, I will file a claim with the BBB, and I will leave this one-star review on every single platform I can find where this company is reviewed. All I want is my money back. If I get that back, I'll delete this review, file no claims, and move on with my life.
