Purchased the chair beginning of the year. Found factory defect of metal sticking out of the backrest of the chair sharp enough to cut.

Purchased the chair beginning of the year. Found factory defect of metal sticking out of the backrest of the chair sharp enough to cut.

Sent photos and contacted the company to have them fulfill thier warranty. Was told they couldn't send a replacement until it was back in stock I agreed to wait. Contacted them again after 2 months go by they said product still out of stock and offered to send me a new chair if I was willing to pay shipping or 50% in their store. Told them I just want to have the part to fix the chair I already have so it can be used.

They have still not responded. $500 chair unsafe and no warranty honored.
