Razor Kit

I placed an order for a razor kit that was on backorder. It said that the item will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of the purchase being placed. That time has gone, and no shipment notice has been received. I emailed customer support, who informed me that the razor was on backorder and would arrive in a few weeks. (It's been more than a month now.) That would all make sense until I went to the website and saw that the razor had been restocked. There has yet to be a shipment email sent. When I contacted them again, I received the same copy and paste response. Instead of giving me the runaround, it would be more useful if they actually answered.
