    Technics SL-1200-G.

    I paid for a Technics SL-1200-G. Instead received a Technics SL-1200GR. After a talk, I was told that they would ship the proper turntable and that I would be contacted by a sales manager to discuss compensation for the inconvenience and the fact that I would have to return the incorrect item. Instead, I received a call from yet another employee who informed me that they would not ship the correct item until I returned the turntable I had received by mistake and that no promo or discount would be offered. "Expedited shipment" was the only thing I was offered. The standard shipping time is two days. One-day shipping is convenient, but I didn't think it was adequate in the circumstances. At the end I got my correct order, It was not an excellent experience.
