BUYERS BEWARE! I have spent almost $1,000 with BlindsEspress. My last order was some of the worst customer service ever. I ordered shades based on the description on their site. When I recieved them I notice the description left out a major detail. It also said there were 4 colors to choose from, but only gave you 3 options. Customer service refused to give me a refund. But said I could have a 50% credit towards another set (a set with the same issue), but I'd still have to pay more! If that's not extorsion I'm not sure what is. I asked to apply that full credit to a different order (for other windows), they refused. After a week of emails, and them not budging. I decided to just install the shades anyway, well they didn't fit! That was a whole other issue. Since then I returned to the site description of my original order...and THEY CHANGED THEIR DESCRIPTION! Boy how I wish I had done a screenshot. Did they admit they were wrong? NO. Did they offer a refund for their mistake? NO. Just plain shady business practices. After I told them I was done wasting my time on this, and going to leave a bad review, they FINALLY offered another HALF credit towards the second set of shades I asked for. HORRIBLE services, and I'm sad I wasted so much money on this company.

I recently visited the office of my cousin, the window blinds I found was beautiful, it made the office to have a classy look, it was so beautiful and elegant. I asked him where he got this amazing window blinds, he referred me to BlindsExpress.com. I visited the website to place an order for a nice window blinds with great quality and elegance, I found other amazing products, but I placed an order of a window blinds that's similar to that of my cousin. The process was pretty fast, the delivery was fast, I got it delivered to me exactly 3 days after the order was placed. I love their services and would recommend to anyone in need of great quality window blinds
