Cherrybrook accepts returns or exchanges of items within 30 days of purchase, and a full refund or exchange is issued. Items must be in original packaging and in good condition when returned. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items or items shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Shipping charges are not refundable
