At Cuyuna, they offer ground shipping in the United States. Shipping is done via FedEx and takes 3-8 business days for arrival. Shipping is free for orders above a specific amount and orders below it. Shipping is available at different times for a small fee, but the processing time remains. Customers who want their orders delivered within two days via FedEx pay a certain cost and those who would like overnight shipping pay a certain delivery fee. Monogrammed items take 1-2 extra business days. Shipping is also available for APO/FPO addresses which take 5-8 business days. Shipping is not available for P. O. Boxes. They also do not ship to Guam and the US Virgin Islands. The company also offers international shipping to various countries like Germany, Israel, South Africa, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates, among many others.

Return and exchange policy at Cuyuna

For customers who aren’t satisfied with their product, the company offers a return policy. For a return to be processed, a return process is filed online and the customer is asked to print a return label and form and send them together with the returned item. Returns take 3-8 business days to be processed and a refund to be posted. Cuyuna does not accept exchanges.
