It is so great to drive down the road and be able to hear the conversation with the other person on the phone, it did take a while to get to me but again it is great, wish I had it earlier. I am very happy with the product so far. I can wear it all day and it doesn't bother me at all, the audio is great. the battery lasts a long time. It's a good product only thing, the blue tooth range is quite short, I don't like the fact that you have to be within 30 feet of your phone for it to work properly other than that I'm satisfied with you're the product. Electfore is a very good online store with good customer care staff that are very clear-headed and caring
