About ElectroMeds
Russ Guillemot is the founder of ElectroMeds. He was from Missouri and later moved to California after being a USAF and FAA air traffic controller. In the mid-nineties, he started doing email marketing which was quashed by privacy laws. As he spent time with Mike and Tom, he watched Mike use his PEMF device on Tom’s sore shoulder, for which Tom paid 40 bucks. This led Russ to spend time researching PEMF and later started ElectroMeds. ElectroMeds consist of a group of professionals who provide pain relief through PEMF devices. PEMF devices are Pulse Electromagnetic field therapy. They work by releasing waves that pulse on precise frequencies so that the cells can recover their ability to create energy, function and reproduce. The clinical PEMF technology is put into a wearable device so that people can benefit from it outside of the medical office or hospital.

The products available are Stempulse/ Multipulse

, Sedona Pro, MegaPulse, Pre-Owned, Financing, and PEMF Lounge. The Sedona Pro contains more power and, therefore, more treatment parameters than other machines. In case you are free you can pass by their stalls and have a look at the services they provide as well as the products. They offer different payment methods such as PayPal, AMEX and GooglePay.

Shipping and delivery services offered by ElectroMeds

Shipping is done through the standard UPS or USPS

for flat rate shipping within the US. The shipping rates for each product is indicated on the product sale page. Packages that will be shipped outside the US are subject to rates of the carrier and import duty and fees. Processing and shipments are made within 24-48 hours of receipt. This is usually done during regular business hours: Monday through Friday from 8.30 am - 5.000pm CST, excluding the holidays.

Return and exchange policy offered by ElectroMeds

Returns can only be done within 30 days of the purchase

. The products have to be unused or unopened. The refund will be given using the original form of payment. Shipping and return shipping are non-refundable. All returned products are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. The refund will be mailed as a check to you within 30 days of receiving the equipment back. They advise on insurance on the return shipment because it will not be accepted if the package is damaged during the shipping process. ElectroMeds is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process. If you do a charge-back and are in possession of the item, you will have one business day to ship the equipment back to ElectroMeds, failure of which incurs a penalty of $100 for each day that the shipment is delayed.
