The company has a very clear privacy policy that ensures the safety of customer’s information, debit/credit card information, contact numbers, and email. The information gathered from the customer would be completely confidential and only used when a company wants to update regarding promotions, services that are used by the customer, and for the company’s legal obligations.

The company is responsible for delivering the product on time and in intact form but delivery time may vary depending on conditions. Usually, it takes 2 working days for the order to be dispatched and it reached customers within 2-4 working days. For orders under 2kg, the company uses Royal Mail and Royal Mail Priority Track and Trace whereas, for orders over 2kg they used courier for delivering.

In the case of European delivery, it takes 7-14 working days and delivery would be through Royal Air Mail and Express Mail for less than 2kg order, and for over 2kg order it is through Parcel Force Euro Priority. For the rest of the world, it takes 7-14 working days but for the delivery of over 2kg orders, it would be through Parcel Force Global Priority.
