Shenzhen Huion Animation Technology Co. Ltd was established in 2011. It designs, manufactures and markets pen tablets, pen displays, LED light pads and many other handwriting input devices of Kamvas and Inspiroy series. It also provides individualized OEM and ODM solutions. Their first launch was the mass production of independently developed chips HV400 applied to the graphics input recognition field. The first pen tablet in the industry that featured the HV processing chip, K28, was launched by Huion. Agents of the company are located in America, Europe, Australia and most Asian countries. Huion offers products like pen tablets which include inspiring, inspire dial, HS, inspire key dial

and inspiroy ink. They also sell pen displays which come as Huion Kamvas Pro 16 and Huion Kamvas 13. Other products offered by Huion are pen computers, LED light pad and their accessories. These items come in different sizes and features. Shipping and Delivery Services offered by Huion
Shipping methods for most regions is standard shipping and expedited shipping. You choose the preferred method during checkout and the shipping cost will automatically be calculated in your order. The standard shipping method is, however, only available for parcels under 2kg. If your parcel is over 2kg, you can only use expedited shipping. All orders are processed within two business days. Standard shipping takes 7- 15 business for delivery, while expedited shipping takes 3-10 business days. However, this is subject to stock availability. All prices listed on Huion store exclude taxes, import fees, and customs duties. Therefore, you may be subject to these charges.

Return and exchange policy offered at Huion
The product has to be in new or like-new condition if it has no manufacturing defect. The refund will be processed within 2-3 working after they have received the returned goods. If the return reason is objective, proof will be required. Then you will receive a full refund, including the return shipping fees. If the item purchased has a quality problem within a year from purchase, you can apply for a replacement. Once the replacement is approved, they will have a replacement unit for free. However, if it is more than 30 days from the day of purchase, you will bear the shipping fees.
