pant and jean clothing set
I paid an extra $25 for expedited delivery (3-7) days, but my package is yet to be processed!! this is a phony website? What happened to my package? Paying for expedited shipment is not worth the long wait. I haven't gotten my order yet. I ordered a shipment with two items: a single pair of black pants and a grey Jean clothing set. It was a 96-dollar order, and I'm annoyed that it's been almost 15 days since it arrived. My purchase, which should've been delivered by now, has yet to be sent, and my clothes are yet to arrive. I paid for my order, and I really want my clothes. Very bad service
Jeans
I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Their shopping policy states 5 days for processing and up to 10 days for shipping. It’s about to be a MONTH waiting for this package which I ordered for an occasion. I emailed them with my problem and all the said was my order was STILL being PROCESSED. Shipping is horrible and if I would have know that I would have ordered way in advance but since their site states their shipping takes 7-10 days I thought it was fine. It’s been 20 days and no package.

I ordered from this company twice. The first time it was fast and easy no problems with shipping and delivery. But the second time was ridiculous, I still haven’t gotten my items and it’s been over a month. After ten days I messaged them just for them to tell me the clothes was out of stock already before I ordered them. It was just unprofessional because I purchased items that were out of stock and the company knew that it would take a while for it to be restocked.So I’m currently still waiting on the clothes to be delivered. It will take me a while to order from this company again.
Top amp shorts set
Very UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER it’s been exactly 2mons and still no clothes that I paid for.I can’t track my order because the tracking number is invalid this website is horrible & pretty much a SCAM.

So I did 2 different orders the same day which was April 6th 2023 with both order I did express delivery one express delivery came up to 30 something dollars and the second one came up to $42 for the express delivery which was fine. I didn’t mind paying it because I had a concert to go to and I needed my stuff to be here on time which would have gave me time to figure something out if I didn’t like who they fit.. So the first order came on time and one outfit was OK the second outfit it was what I ordered but it did not look like the same just didn’t look like the same material I order a small fit more like a medium It just didn’t fit right and was a bit cheesy looking . It’s supposed to be like skin tight whereas though the ankle parts was basically loose. Um, it was a small it did not fit me right the quality just looked at very shitty but I was fine with that because I knew that I did two orders which meant I had other items that was supposed to be coming in that even or it should have came the next day which the second order was saying still processing the day I received the first order but they took my money and they charged me for express delivery and it was not sent out until I emailed them and I did not receive my second order until the 18th, which is basically the regular delivery that was only 3.99$ which can take up to 15 days but if I pay for 3 to 5 days express delivery for my items to come on time a whole extra $42 for it to come it should have been mailed out either the same day as the first order or at least the day after they did not try to accommodate me they did not give me a refund for the $42 which I should’ve got a refund for because it did not come eXpress mail. It came on April 18 if I ordered on April 6th how is that express mail?? I had a concert that I was going to which was on the April 16 that’s was the only reason I did express delivery and that’s why I did two different orders because I was rushing the first time but I wanted to make sure that just in case the first two outfits didn’t fit me right that I would have other options so then whatever they never respond to me at first, the contact number that they have on there website is a fake number it doesn’t work it’s out of service. You can only email them to get in contact with them in the last email I sent them about my 42$ express delivery refund they never responded about my refund for my $42 for express delivery knowing that they never mail my stuff out until I emailed them about it. So I open my stuff when I finally receive the second package and one of the outfits was not what I ordered so I just don’t understand if the outfit that I ordered wasn’t in stock how do you guys just decide that you’re gonna send me whatever you wanna send me when thats doesn’t make any sense like if you didn’t have the outfit that I ordered you should give a person a refund you just don’t decide well I’m just gonna send them anything like that’s not how you conduct business like I don’t understand that at all like yes, the prices was decent but let’s not forget I also paid over $75 between both order just for the Express mail but for you guys to send me whatever because one of the outfits is not the one I Ordered this is really a bad experience and a bad way to conduct business so ya basically ripped me off
