Glasses
I ordered 4 pairs of glasses from lensmart and I'm in love! 100% worth every penny I spent! The quality, the styles, the prices.... you CAN'T go wrong! The packaging is super cute and obviously handled with care. You can really tell they take pride in their company. Each pair comes in an adorable little box with a magnetic case and they even give a cleaning cloth (which Walmart eye center didn't even give me when I got glasses from them). I see a lot of people complaining about shipping but I ordered a little before Christmas and got mine on the 5th of January. Patience is key, you won't regret purchasing from lensmart.
Frames
They scammed me! Glasses came and they had the same prescription in each eye. Got them tested at a local optical department. They tried to say I put my prescription in wrong. I've entered my prescription I million times and never got it wrong. They changed the minus to a plus. Which if I did accidentally do the lenses would still have different prescriptions but they didnt. Both lenses were the same! I asked them to fix it, I even agreed to pay extra! They wouldnt give me an address to send them back to before I paid!! Since when do I have to pay before I send them back? I said I was happy to pay shipping. I just wanted to send them back and when they confirmed receipt I would pay for them to be fixed and shipped back. They flat out refused to give me the return address before I paid. Sounds like a scam to me. They were going to take my money and disappear. I will never order from here again. For all those who had their order show up properly, good for you but all those who may have a mistake or a problem, good luck getting it fixed! Their customer service is horrible!
Glasses
I spent over $100 for 3 pair of glasses and waited a while to receive them. After I received them, I contacted the customer service number immediately because I could not see out of them. The prescription was wrong. I called several times and could never get ahold of someone. They want you to email only. After emailing a few times, I finally received a response and they stated I put in + instead of - sign. Well for one, I have been wearing glasses since the 8th grade and I am over 50 and I work in the medical field so I know how this is done. I triple checked to make sure it was correct. Second, I uploaded a copy of my prescription. I thought they would at least replace the lens. In the email, they asked for a copy of my prescription. They said its my fault and they would only refund my frames or I will have to pay for shipping and replacement of lens which was $88! Now they are saying becuase I sent the prescription after I recived the glasses it my fault. I sent the prescription via email because they asked for it AFTER I asked for a full refund. This is very shady. I should have took the advice of the other bad reviews. This has happened to others where they stated the + or - sign was changed and they would have to pay more to get it corrected. I am highly upset because the shipping is more that all three frames so what is the point of losing more money. I will report them to the BBB.

I ordered glasses February 26th 2022 still have not recieved them, sent numerous emails, text, nothin back from them. SCAM! Dont waste your time or money. Ill be contacting my credit card company soon.

The worst company ever they sent me some horrible bi focal glasses and will not give me a return address ..please do not buy from this company. They are scammers won't do anything but send you a auto response email.. Nothing but another scam company..Getting in contact with the BBB ..Horrible Horrible customer service .And will not send me a return address

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from this site neither are the right RX, they are not even the same RX as each other. They are refusing to pay for the shipping to make up for their mistake.
Full story:
I ordered two pairs of glasses. I put in the wrong RX at 1st negative version of my positive RX. I call them their call center said all they can do is track orders that have shipped. So I emailed them with a copy of my RX. They promised to correct the RX (I had to resend the image).
When the order came I notice the regulars eyeglasses where not right they kept falling off and the RX seemed to pull at my eye. The sunglasses where just to weak. I emailed Lensmart they 1st tried to say they don't returns. They kept asking for the RX which they had in a prior email. I took the glasses to an eyeglass store they checked the RXs and informed not only are the glasses not my rx they are different RXs from each other. I informed lensmart of this and mentions I did not have the RXs they eye glass store. They askes me almost every email for the RX (Which was in the email chain already.) Finally after wasting over 5 days they agreed to a refund. However they expect me to cover shipping for their mistake. They also tried to lie and say I messed up the RX until I copy and pasted their email which was in the same chain!

I ordered 3 months ago and still waiting for my glasses … they say it’s been shipped but I haven’t received it nor can I find it on Canada post …
2 pair glasses
I ordered 2 pair glasses progressive, received them and couldnt see with them totally different prescription than my Drs which i recieved when i had an eye exam 2 weeks prior.
They said send them back and they will refund, i did send them back.NOW they are saying i didnt pay for them in the first place and wont refund. I sent them a pic of where it was on my card and asked why would you send glasses out without payment thats foolish. They keep sending the same email over and over that they werent paid for.
Save your money order somewhere else. Terrible people to deal with. Minus 10
Progressive Bifocals
Bifocals are absolute crap can't see out of them. They refuse to refund my money . Do not buy from this company
Prescription glasses
Horrible experience. Received prescription glasses that were supposed to be made to specifications sent but I could not see out of them, they were so blurry. They asked if they send new lenses, could I put them in the frames myself....how ridiculous . Still waiting for a refund but they have stopped communicating...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
