For international orders, the customer must clear import or export regulations.

Where one is not satisfied with a product, Pam & Gela offers a 60-day return policy. To return a product, the customer will click the Request a return button on their website. A return label is availed at a fee. Returns are processed within 10 working days. Pam & Gela accept returns that are received back within 60 days from the date of delivery. Returns after 60 days from delivery are not accepted. It does not do an exchange. A customer can either be refunded or place a new order instead.
