Sale-Price For a refund or exchange, merchandise must be returned within 30 days after the order date. The original mode of payment will be used to receive the refund. Only the same item/style number in a different color or size may be exchanged. You must process the item as a return and place a new order if you want an alternative item/style number. Only items with custom embroidery from the Collegiate Collection may be returned. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged, returned, refunded, or transformed into cash. Orders with Standard Shipping normally arrive in 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Orders to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Rural Routes, and P.O. Boxes can all be shipped using Standard Shipping. APO/FPO addresses and US territories cannot presently be shipped to. Alaska and Hawaii cannot receive orders of Cologne items from Peter Millar (candles excepted) because of restrictions on domestic air travel. Orders of $200 or more will receive free shipping, while orders of $200 or less will pay a fixed cost of $7.50 for shipping. Free delivery for orders above $500 and a flat charge of $25 for orders under $500 are both available for express shipping. For same-day shipment, orders must be placed by 10:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
