Scam
These are not the real companies products. They use the real products and refill the containers. I learned that by buying from the real companies. SCAMMERS
Hairandfaceproducts
This company is a scam. They send you expired items and questionable products and when you request a replacement they then tell you the "brand" (in less than an hour) told them "oh well the batch isn't expired, sorry you dont like it".
I bought a $26 mascara that is the consistency of an expired old mascara and unable and not only will they not refund my full amount- they won't replace it either.
On top of that, I didn't even bother telling them the $9 conditioner sample I bought feels like 95% water and 5% zero product. They won't approve HONEST reviews of products on their site and they have bad customer service.
Don't trust this company. They have all the markings of a SCAM.
Ilia Multi Stick Palette and other Ilia products
Used to be a fabulous company, but customer service has gone way down hill. I had a recent incident that involved several emails because of an error they made, but they still haven’t resolved the issue. I’ve had to dispute a charge with my credit card company because Safe and Chic sent the wrong product to me (so THEIR error). They refused to issue a refund until I returned the item they sent in error, but even though I promptly returned the item and tracking shows they received the item back, they never issued a refund. So not only have I been inconvenienced, I paid for an item I never received and for which I’ve received no refund.
