The best shoe I have so far. I wanted to get a new shoe online, so I went searching for one that can fit me and has the looks that I want. I saw so many nice sneakers on the site, but this one was more stunning. I got the multi-colored Valentino Leather & Suede Sneaker. I have been speechless since my order arrived. The sneaker is of great quality, A mix of leather and suede in one fashionable sneaker. I do not regret my decision to order because I have been enjoying it since I received it. I absolutely recommend shop premium outlet. They have a good collection and I would place another buy with them soon.

I ordered flatware set on their website and description of product was incorrect instead of 20 piece flatware it was 45. I sent them an email about the error and they sent me a return label, so I asked them if they can send me another 20 piece set for free since it was an error, but they refused. This is a lesson for me not to shop random website ever again

I have shopped outlets before though never online. The Spiritual Gangster shacket I received was packed very poorly. There was no internal wrapping around the shacket. The nap on the stone fleece shacket looks flattened quite shop worn. It looks like it was sitting in a resale store for months. Also there was no bargain here. I asked to return and was told it was final sale and basically didn't matter what shape it is in. No other online retailer would expect you to keep an item that looked used. or in poor shape even on final sale. Plus there is no telling which store exactly that it came from. Seems like just an office somewhere. Don't get fooled by the "outlet" included in the name.

Not happy. I've ordered over 3 weeks ago and haven't received my order. Just says label created. I've contacted customer service and they've said they would contact the store. Still nothing. No sense of urgency. Only way to contact them is by email. No refund no nothing.

I would never buy from this site again. The description was not accurate and the pictures were misleading! When I reached out to customer service they told me they would reach out to the company and get back to me - I have not heard back from them. Do not order from them unless you read every part of the website very clearly.

Ordered a pair of Vionic shoes at a great price. Was excited to receive my order, but they sent me totally wrong size. 10 instead of a 7.5. When I asked for help getting the correct size, they sent me a refund label. I asked about getting the correct size, but they ghosted me and closed my ticket, marking it resolved. Other sale prices at other vendors since ended or sold out. Terrible customer service and no other way to contact them or leave a review.

I bought multiple Valentino purses on this site. The only issue I have is the labeling of the size of the purses. The purses themselves is beautiful.

I couldn’t find an order number on the packing slip and couldn’t create a return label. They didn’t recognise my password. I’m having a very difficult time returning g a lovely dress that doesn’t fit.

I’ve spent more the 4 figures at Shop Premium Outlets the past two months (refreshing my wardrobe). I purchased one item final sale, I was sure it would fit. It arrived in a non-descript bubble envelope, from a different retailer, as the other items rolled in it became apparent to me that once you place the order, many of the items are actually dropshipped from a different entity. In this case, the item arrived used. I wrote to explain that I was fine with final sale, for a brand new item, but this item was not that. It was used to the point thag I did not even feel comfortable trying it on (I could SMELL the garment before I even opened the bubble wrapped envelope). The customer service person responding (via email) directed me to their return policy on the website and said too bad ::insert-shoulder-shrug:: I do MOST of my shopping online, and I shop A LOT. I have had a similar issue with other seconds retailers (i.e. Amazon, Sierra, TJ Maxx, GILT, even Poshmark where an item is described as NWT, but has been worn), as TONS of people wear things and return them and then the retailer turns around and ship it back out, in an attempt to pass it off as new (final sale) to a different customer. Every single one of them has honored that scenario and done the right thing by either granting a return or issuing a refund without need for return. Gross situation, gross customer service, I will continue to pursue up the chain of command but don’t have much hope and am pretty discouraged from shopping there again in the future. I will stick to the places with comparable deals for name brand items AND reasonable customer service policies.

Rug was delivered in a timely manner. When unwrapped the rug was very thin, you could actually see the backing thru the shag. Contacted customer service, after having me send pictures three different times, i got an email saying all sales are final
