I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING ANYTHING ONLINE! I recently purchased a gucci bookbag and a louis vuitton purse that they claim to be real but it is 100% FAKE!!! They did not resolve my issue and would not give a refund so I am now in the process of consulting for legal help so no one else gets taken advantage of because this company is a COMPLETE FRAUD!! STAY AWAY! I wish I could give them zero stars!!

A complete SCAM. Bait-and-switch. Some 3rd world off-shore weirdly names person CANCELED my order when I emailed asking about my already late order. Then of course, the item was sold out. Phone messages - a scam. Oxymoronic 'customer service' - non-existent. For some bizarre reason they continually send me review surveys. THIS is more effective. They suck. Do NOT waste your time. (the fact that they are not accredited should have been my first clue, shame on me...)

I purchased 6 IBKUL pieces through Shop Premium Outlets. None were delivered yet they claimed that the matter was resolved. They used the cheapest delivery service and the result was NO DELIVERY yet they closed the complaint.

I would give ZERO stars if it allowed me to!

I paid for 2-3 days shipping to get an item we needed ASAP. 5 days later UPS said they still have not even received the item to ship.

They will not give me a FULL refund and are charging ME to ship it back and a restock fee when the item HAS NEVER EVEN BEEN SENT.

FIRST AND LAST TIME CUSTOMER.

Also, customer service is TERRIBLE.

I’ve spent more the 4 figures at Shop Premium Outlets the past two months (refreshing my wardrobe). I purchased one item final sale, I was sure it would fit. It arrived in a non-descript bubble envelope, from a different retailer, as the other items rolled in it became apparent to me that once you place the order, many of the items are actually dropshipped from a different entity. In this case, the item arrived used. I wrote to explain that I was fine with final sale, for a brand new item, but this item was not that. It was used to the point thag I did not even feel comfortable trying it on (I could SMELL the garment before I even opened the bubble wrapped envelope). The customer service person responding (via email) directed me to their return policy on the website and said too bad ::insert-shoulder-shrug:: I do MOST of my shopping online, and I shop A LOT. I have had a similar issue with other seconds retailers (i.e. Amazon, Sierra, TJ Maxx, GILT, even Poshmark where an item is described as NWT, but has been worn), as TONS of people wear things and return them and then the retailer turns around and ship it back out, in an attempt to pass it off as new (final sale) to a different customer. Every single one of them has honored that scenario and done the right thing by either granting a return or issuing a refund without need for return. Gross situation, gross customer service, I will continue to pursue up the chain of command but don’t have much hope and am pretty discouraged from shopping there again in the future. I will stick to the places with comparable deals for name brand items AND reasonable customer service policies.

This company is a bunch of crooks. Do not buy here. I sent the low quality knock off they sent, back to them for a refund. I have been in discussions for 3 weeks. They have tried saying a refund was issued... It was not, they have their item back and I have nothing. No item no refund. And their customer service seems to be ran by a bunch of insincere 6th graders. Or they are fake... Either way bullshit company.

Not happy. I've ordered over 3 weeks ago and haven't received my order. Just says label created. I've contacted customer service and they've said they would contact the store. Still nothing. No sense of urgency. Only way to contact them is by email. No refund no nothing.

I thought I had bought extra small (short) NYJones trousers in rosemary color; I received extra long pants in green. Neither chat nor emails responded so that I could get the label to return the item. Never found a way to speak to a live person either. Thank goodness it was not a major expensive item!! Never will buy anything from this company again..( SP Shoppremium outlet based in MA)
