I purchased a sun dress
The dress was way too big and the material was tissue paper thin. There was also thread hanging from the hem and seams. Awful, save your money and pass up this site. If I could give 0 stars I would!!
I bought a linen dress, a plaid pants and a floral top
I have to say Soolinen's service is very good, I usually email them at night and they respond very quickly. I bought five clothes here and since kate told me that two of them were out of stock, I applied for a refund and there was no hindrance to the refund.
Since I'm bigger, Kate offered to help me get a custom fit, just providing my size to get a nice dress, which is great for my oversized body! I will keep buying!
I purchased quite a few items Cheap quality 1 blouse didnt resemble the item at all They are refusing to respond to my emails
Horrible business to deal with. They are refusing to answer my emails. I bought many items, most of them didn't arrive. A green blouse arrived as a blue pj top very badly made. Absolute rip off.
I am about to contact pay pal and they can deal with them.

shirt and pants
The items I received were not as pictured, they were not the fabric advertised and they did not even have labels stating what the fabric is. I could tell that it was rayon--neither linen or cotton. They gave me a $7.00 refund on a $140 order.
By all means buy clothes from them if you want to be deceived and receive inferior products.
White Jacket
Clothing is not size for Westerners/ horrendous fit. Return sounds like a big pain in the A..! Please DO NOT waste your hard earned cash!!!

A skirt and a top
These guys are horrible for refunds. The items came but they were absolutely the wrong size - not even close to what I had ordered. Trying to send the clothes back and get a refund is a joke. Trying to communicate with them is a joke. They keep promising to refund the money but they don't. Horrible company to deal with.
SooLinencom
Can’t believe how they cheat people. I just received my blouse from them. They sold it to me as pure silk. Well guess what. It is 100% polyester fiber, they say so on the item. I can throw it out because I’m allergic, and they won’t give me my money back as I can see in the reviews here. Just stay away.
Cottonlinendress
Terrible company. Dress sent was not as described. First, they refused any return until I told them I was disputing the charge with American Express. Then they said I could return the item to China! The dress was mailed to me from an address in Illinois. When I told them I was returning the dress to Illinois, they again said that I needed to ship to China. I sent it to YunExpress in Franklin Park IL where they apparently have a distribution site. They are shameful
skirt
Their products are poorly made and I received a defective skirt. They refused to send a prepaid return label even though their website states that they will. And they after emailing back and forth, they best they would offer is a 10% refund. On a $60 item that I can't even wear. I have no confidence that they will even process the refund. I advise avoiding this business if you don't want to gamble with your money.
