I bought a linen dress, a plaid pants and a floral top
I have to say Soolinen's service is very good, I usually email them at night and they respond very quickly. I bought five clothes here and since kate told me that two of them were out of stock, I applied for a refund and there was no hindrance to the refund.
Since I'm bigger, Kate offered to help me get a custom fit, just providing my size to get a nice dress, which is great for my oversized body! I will keep buying!

I love the designs on the website…. Just my kind of clothes…. However the sizing is so far out its ridiculous. I measured my garment which was 5 inches shorter than advertised for my size and the body measurement small too. To fit like the photo on the site my dress would have to be worn by someone 2 or 3 sizes smaller. Sad as i wont be able to wear it and cant be bothered to post it back to Beijing !! ( my friend also bought a skirt and found the sizing very small.)Not sure id try it again sadly as there were many things i really liked the look of.

I thought I had found the perfect Tulle skirt however when it arrived the skirt wasn't a full circle, it was not the correct sizing and therefore I have emailed them to ask for a returns document/address. They offered me a 10% discount to keep the item as they are saying the shipping would be expensive due to it being international... I offered to pay for the return post and am waiting for their response - They are very prompt and very polite, so fingers crossed! I will repost once this has been sorted.

The item I received did not match the color or pattern or material of the item on their website. The site indicates the ease of return but it is difficult to return and a many day/back and forth emails to return. They are constantly trying to sell you on the idea of keeping a defective product.

I ordered. Down coat, was well made but not made with wool blend as advertised.
They need to be honest with fabrics they use.
No tags on items that show fabric composition but I am a seamstress n cannot fool me.

I am so disappointed with the order that I received. The outfit is not linen, it is very small, and it is completely see through. No one would be able to wear this unless over a bathing suit. It is just awful!! The price of $116.70 is also not worth it. The quality is so bad. How can they get away with this!? I haven’t received the shoes yet but I hope they are better quality. I am happy to return it but honestly it belongs in the garbage.
Linenskirt
I bought the skirt, what was nice, however too small. I bought the bigger size, but still it was SMALL! It’s impossible to return, I had to communicate with somebody back and forth and eventually she said to ship it back to China (!) to some apartment, but don’t use FedEx or DHL… or she suggested to refund 15% of the item’s cost and I can keep it. Seriously, just 15%? I will have to donate it anyway

Like @Colleen Williams I too was not charged in the currency as stated.
I have not received a reply to my email despite being promised with 48 hours.
Only now I read these reviews and those on TrustPilot! Too late! Clothes are made copying others' designs, but not made well, not same colours, fabrics or finesse. Only one of the four I was totally happy with, 2 more are passable, and the other two I would like to return, but going by reports, I will am doubting if it's worth time and money. I have learnt a big lesson here - buying online, check reviews first!
Sweater
Terrible service!! The sweater was 60. And it’ll cost about that to send back! I think their stuff runs really small or they sent me wrong size. There’s no labels to see what you got! Don’t buy here you’ll regret it!!!
Clothing
Don’t shop at Soolinen! Their policies are shady and dishonest. They state you can get a refund but they lie! I wanted a refund on a dress that I didn’t want, they shipped and said I should keep it. I told them I didn’t want the dress and the only options was to keep, or get only a 10% refund. Lying, cheating and dirty company! Don’t shop here!
