It does delivery between 9 am to 5 Pm Monday to Friday and orders placed before noon are shipped the same day. It also has a clear return policy, and if a client isn’t happy with an order, the company accepts returns on regular priced items. The returned item should meet the following requirements. They should be in a new condition, unwashed, unworn and with the tag attached in their original packaging. Some items aren’t eligible for a return, and this includes final sale items and item such as socks, swimwear, lingerie, leather care, caps and hats.
