Returns policy of Vava
The return policy of Vava alleges that customers have the right to apply for a free return within 30 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, customers' items must be unused and in the same condition that they received them. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete a customer’s return, the company requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the customer receives a return label from the Vava customer service team, they are required to ship the product back within 14 days. If the customer ships the product back within 14 days in good condition, they will not be charged restocking fees for the return of the product. Once a customer’s return is received and inspected, the company will email notification of receipt. The client’s refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to their credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
