Zero Halliburton uses UPS Ground for shipping. During the checkout procedure, customers can choose UPS Second-Day air; however, there are additional costs. Shipping on the second day is unavailable for items marked "Final Sale." Items from the final sale will be delivered by UPS ground. Kindly give at least 2-7 working days for shipping goods in stock using ground shipping. When it's past 4:00 p.m., orders will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holiday will typically ship out within 48 hours of the next working day. There is no delivery on Saturday. After 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, items ordered using the 2-day express shipping will be shipped and delivered to the destination the following day or two, excluding holidays. There is international shipping through Zonos for international orders.

Customers are given 30 days after receiving the order to make arrangements for an exchange or return to the warehouse if unsatisfied with the products from Zero Halliburton. Within 30 days of the receipt of shipment, Zero Halliburton accepts free returns for up to four (4) full-priced goods from the same transaction, excluding personalized or bespoke products. All products must be returned brand-new, unopened, and with all "hang tags" still attached to the original packing. Returns that don't adhere to the policy won't be accepted.
