Premier Pro bundle
I ordered the Premier Pro bundle. It's a nightmare to use. Some of the modules will not install (despite my many attempts), while others will operate but will cause Premiere Pro to crash (I have the latest version). Occasionally, a popup error appears notifying you that the plugin is incorrectly installed, even if it was just 5 minutes ago. Following directions is helpful until another error occurs, and so on. Money was completely squandered. Although the plugin and extensions have a lot of potential, I believe they are still immature. They have to something about this issue for customers to have a better experience.
I WANT IT ALL BUNDLE LIFETIME
Bought I WANT IT ALL BUNDLE LIFETIME but it's difficult to get things done. Stated it can be use one click well it is not true. Evern single time it need to download and very time consuming even AEJuice Pack Manager 4 is using with all downloaded. Consider other plugins. Not worth it. Stated it include AEJuice In-Depth Training course but it is not possible to access. They even told me to contact other website owner to email. Things are like a joke and you will not get any help from them. Save you money

I Want It All Bundle... except it's not all.
I purchased the "I Want It All" Bundle, which includes "Everything we've ever made." (The offer infographic included no fine print BTW)
It turns out that was a bait-and-switch because even though their installers install all their scripts, you can't actually use them - they're each an additional purchase. The bundle did come with all their packages which is still a good deal, but to not include "everything" is very misleading.
I tried explaining this to the support rep via chat, and he refused to acknowledge any of my complaints, and just kept referring to the subscription bundle deals as a distraction.
He was so argumentative that I've sworn off buying any more AE Juice products for me or my agency.

Order was fast, download was good.
Plugin is unrealiable slow to use, and crashes constatntly, other than being told to reinstall with a later version of their plugin (which I did and it fixed nothing) I've had NO help from support
AEJuice
It's impossible to use any of their plugin packs because there's a daily battle with the pack manager that constantly logs you out and it keeps harassing you to purchase a license for the same products over and over. I've already purchased a license. Sometimes it works, but mostly it never does. Their own support has given up. They just said it's a bug and the developers are working on it. This is not reliable. Don't use their plugins for any clients, you may randomly lose access to them because their plugin manager will just stop working at any moment.
