We had to cancel our hotel reservation in Portugal that had been made with Nustay due to Covid travel limitations. We had free cancellation if we canceled up to 7 days before our arrival date. We canceled with Nustay and received a full refund after a few emails back and forth. Helen Grey was my main point of contact with Nustay, and she did an outstanding job of ensuring that any concerns were rectified. Her professionalism and honesty are a credit to her and the firm she represents. All in all, I give them a perfect score. I recommend them for a similar booking.
