    We enrolled in the Mashvisor Professional service for 6 months to assist us to assess the Rental investing market in Texas and Alabama. Their program not only compares the cash-on-cash returns of Airbnb vs. traditional rentals but also tells you which strategy is ideal for your target location and how many bedrooms are needed. Customer service was quite helpful and prompt in responding to our inquiries on how to use the platform in our research. We would absolutely utilize them again when we are looking for our next home. We highly recommend them to everyone in the rental investing market. Good company
