Shipping and delivery of Cheap Little Cigars
Shipping is done within the US only. Once an order is received, it takes 24 to 48 hours to process and ship.
Orders ship either through the PS Priority Mail or the UPS Ground method. Once the products shipped, it takes 1-5 business days to deliver. Orders received on Friday afternoon and weekends ship on Monday and Tuesdays with the exclusion of holidays. Free shipping is offered for products above $199. cheap little cigars do not take responsibility for products stolen after delivery. It is only responsible for products that get lost in transit. Insurance companies also cover for losses accrued to products in transit only. The following States are not eligible for Free Shipping: Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

It is cognizant of the fact that mistakes may happen during shipping. If they ship you the wrong items, they will send you a return label to enable you return the incorrect items. Products will be shipped only if the incorrect items are received. If you order incorrect items, you will have to ship back the items to the warehouse. Once the item shave been received and inspected, the correct items will be sent to you at your own expense. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, either with the quality or taste, you are responsible for shipping hem back to the warehouse. You are also to bear the cost of shipping back to the warehouse. If you want a replacement, shipment is done once the returned items have been received. If you would like a refund, a store credit on your account is issued. Some items are Closeout Items, which means that they cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Juice and coils
I don't smoke very often, but some of my friends do, so I joined them in the store. It's a really nice place with the best selection I've ever seen. The proprietor was extremely pleasant and accommodating. They have all of the juices and supplies you could possibly need at reasonable prices. That is something I know because all of my friends have stocked up. It's spotless and well-organized on the inside. When I returned to Orlando, I discovered that I was in desperate need of some juice and coils. I stopped by and was blown away by their selection and pricing. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, and she introduced me to a new brand that I like. When you're in town, pay us a visit; you won't be disappointed.

Well over two years of buying without a single problem, but there we go.
July 12, I make my usual order, same brand, name, address, card and everything same like always.
July 14, shows my package "delivered at mailbox", but THERE IS NOTHING HERE. Not at mailbox -won't fit-or porch (front or back), so, I try to contact this seller and carrier -USPS- without a single reply.
Three times already, I have no time to call, but I sent emails and not a single sign of nobody just reading them.
So, good luck if you decide to buy from them. To me, this two years of trust have gone to garbage.
