Cat Tower (5 tier)
Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic. The tower is much better than I expecdted. It is very sturdy (which his most important since I have 2 large Ragdoll cats) and it looks great. If you are considering this type of cat furniture you will NOT be disappointed. Their customer service is Excellent! I am SO happy that I found this company.
Cat tree
This cat tree is fantastic; it requires some setup, and just one of our cats has nearly tipped it over (racing up it), but she's crazy and far more active than her chunky body suggests. That said, it's the only tree she hasn't dumped over yet, so it's really robust, especially considering how tall it is, and I appreciate that we were able to choose a fairly neutral grey color instead of the normal beige found in most pet stores. Thank you for allowing customers to choose their own colors. Order and delivery were easy and fast, with no hassle. I recommend this store.
Cats Choice Cube Shaped Cat Condo
Waited 3 months for delivery with very little communication from seller. Paid $130 for cat cube, quality was very, very poor. After just 3 months of use by my cat, the carpet is shredded and stripping off. Bare wood and staples are exposed. Unsafe for my cat to use at this point. After 4 attempts to contact th4e company someone finally responded- told me they have a new person making the cubes and there is nothing they can do to satisfy me. The suggested I purchase the next "model up" if I want better quality. There won't be a next time for me. Awful customer service, quality of product, and delivery.
