Solar Charge controller
An error code appeared on my Renogy Wanderer PWM solar charge controller.
So I emailed Renogy UK to explain the situation, and I received a prompt response. They initially requested that I complete several tests, which I did, but they were unsuccessful. As a result, I informed them of the result. They provided me a complete refund and a free new PWM in exchange. I stated in my response that a refund would be ideal, but that I did not want another PWM controller. Because I purchased the item directly from Renogy, I received a refund the next day to my Paypal account.
There's no doubt that they value customer service, and it doesn't get any better than this. Thank you so much, Renogy.
