Had the subscription for nearly 2 years. Clothes fit great. Was happy with the value. My review is based on customer service. I had upgraded to their business box and received a couple of great boxes. On my final box I was charged however my box was never shipped. I contacted the company and was told fulfillment would look into it. Since that time I have had no contact from the company on any other platform. When I checked my site profile all my previous orders were deleted. No refund. No response.

I received several boxes over the last year and a half. Back in May I was charged on my credit card for a business box. It was never sent. I reached out t the company and received an email stating their fulfillment department was going to get back to me. Since then nothing. All emails since are unanswered. All phone calls go to voice-mail and the past orders have been deleted from my account. No response and no refund so far and it is now August.

The clothes sent to me looked like something a 20 something hipster would wear. There is nothing wrong with that except I am 50 something. Looked to return them & it looks damn near impossible & with all the return fees i may owe them money. So I went to cancel my account & web site said i had to send an email essentially asking permission. I am going to contact my CC company right away. Use caution & read everything before you commit.

This service is bogus. They sent my stuff to the incorrect address and have refused to replace it. At first, they were saying that they were waiting on the package to arrive back to the facility. That had been over a month. Now at this point they've just stopped responding to my inquiries. They haven't refunded my money, nor sent new product. I'm filing a dispute with my bank on the charges and going to ensure that my review gets seen everywhere.
Monthly Box
I received the first box promptly. The quality was poor and the "fourth item free" was a pair of socks. I also had trouble with the length of the clothing. I went to a "Big Men's" subscription service for clothing that actually fit, however the fit was no better than buying from Walmart at twice the price. They shipped the second box two weeks early, and now in trying to return BOTH boxes, they are charging $50 in restocking fees. Shady!! Move along and try somewhere else.
