Upsie was the one who sold me cellphone insurance. It was a disaster. When it didn't appear on my profile the next day, I contacted them, and they believed I intended to file a claim. They were obnoxious and unpleasant. Btw. Upsie Squaretrade changed my insurance in minutes, not days, if you're reading this. It's no surprise that I canceled Upsie's insurance. People, stay away. These people are clueless when it comes to customer service. I also read hundreds of other unfavorable reviews. They only perform Facebook marketing and send rude responses after they've received your money. If you believe this is not the case, please see the communication I have provided.
