I'm 49 years old and have five children, with only a toddler and a 9-year-old still living at home. I've been following Dr. Kellyann's bone broth diet for three months. So far, I've lost 33 pounds and 9.3 inches from my waist alone. I lost inches all over, but I'm not going to list them all. I'm still working on it... I'm going to stick with it until I lose another 70 pounds. (I am, in fact, overweight.) It was difficult for the first week, but it gradually became easier, and it is very much easier now. Would surely recommend it.
