Return and Exchange policy of Badali Jewelry

Returns will only be allowed if they are done not later than 20 days past the delivery date

. For international orders, the return package must be post marked before the 20 days have lapsed. The refund will be done after the item is received by Badali. The item has to be in the same condition as at the time of shipping. If it has minor damage due to excessive wear or damaged during shipping due to improper packaging, an additional $20 will be charged but for severely damaged goods, you will not receive a refund.
