This is2nd time I've ordered 1st time it took me 3 weeks to recover contacts I was informed they was on vacay this time it's been over a month and I can't get a response back..in was told 4days before it was shipped off that it was already shipped which was a lie I finally got a tracking number and it sit at pickup place for 9 days then at airport 5days I have no idea when or if inwill receive contacts would not recommend
Terible costumer service i been traying to reach them so many emails nobody return .my order some how delivery in california i live in florida my delivery adrees very clearyly
I ordered something goin on three weeks ago and I can't track it no info provided. It takes forever to get a response from customer service and it keep saying they goin on holiday but it would be shipped after oct 7. Not for sure if I will ever get this order.
This is my 3rd time ordering and not sure why I do. The shipping said 3 days and it’s been always over 3 weeks.. can’t contact customer service. They don’t respond I will never order from here again!!!
