Be 100% sure you want to keep an item before purchasing it. The review process is quite difficult - they purposely omit paperwork from the packages. The return window is short. Beware.
BUYER BEWARE!!! If you are a buyer from outside of Australia and need to return something you will need to pay for return shipping. From the eastern US shipping starts at $71!!!! Since this is the case, they should clearly state that whenever an international buyer purchases something or they shouldn’t sell abroad!!!
Don't buy from them, they are scammers. I bought a pair of boots which was 6, they delivered me 8 size and when I tried to return, it says I am paying return fee. When it was not my fault, why should I pay the return fee?
It has been 4 days I emailed them and no one gotten back to me yet, no one replies to my messages on live chat.
Do not purchase anything from this company. They write the wrong address on the package, and insisted (via pay pal dispute) they had delivered the items. No customer care to contact. You can only dispute if you paid via PayPal. Appalling service and just not worth your money. If I could award minus stars - I would!
