Ignitefatburner
I received the wrong pills twice. The company said they discontinued the red drugs, so that's why the pills I received were brown. That was a lie. I ordered the fat burner before my last order and received the red ones. The brown drugs are counterfeit. They refused to make right on their mistake, and I did not receive what I ordered nor get a refund.
Bodyshaper
The size chart on tbe company website is inaccurate and they will not give a refund or process a exchange. The customer service of this company is HORRIBLE. If you have any common sense I would not order ANYTHING from this company.
The melt down system
CAUTION: Please be advised that ordering with this company is at your risk. I ordered the melt down system which was $150.09 on August 4, 2022. Today is October 10,2022 and I still haven’t received my product nor a refund nor a call from the company to resolve the issue. The phone number that is displayed on the website is only an answering machine. You will NOT BE ABLE TO TALK TO ANYONE. I reported this company to the BBB and their response was I did not get the shipment insurance that was not offered at the time of my purchase. They give excuses instead of solutions. Maybe the product works maybe it doesn’t but I will never know because they took my $150.00 and DID NOT DELIVER. So PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL when ordering with this company. No I would Not Request

Omg I ordered a shaper and instead some moron packed and sent me pills the wrong product never mind I had to wait on this product to be delivered .Customer service was terrible I got my money back but I would never order from them again I did not have a pleasant experience and this is not the first time .Order elsewhere they made no effort to resolve my issue.I wasted my time I could have just ordered from shapellx lesson learnt for me
