The Cinco shipped internationally but does not ship to Switzerland, Brazil, and Russia and it takes 1 business day to dispatch your order. The average delivery time is 1- 5 business days depending on the location from which you are ordering.

Items can be returned within 14 days of getting the order. Moreover, customized products such as engraved items are not eligible for return and refund. The company will refund in 1-7 business days once the items reached the returned destination. Items must be in original packaging, unworn, and undamaged for return otherwise no refund will be given.
