Shipping and Dropping Services of Dear Keaton
They provide shipping services to the United States' 48 contiguous states. They do not currently ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii. Within 3 business days, all in-stock décor products are dispatched through USPS Priority Mail or UPS. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, they do not ship. Your order's travel time will vary depending on your location once it has left the warehouse. A common freight carrier is used to ship furniture and some heavy objects. Freight transit periods typically range from 2-4 weeks. It takes 4-6 weeks for White Glove delivery to arrive. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., freight companies deliver. Once your product has been sent, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. The cost of shipping is determined on the value of the things you order.
Return Policy of Dear Keaton
If you are not totally happy with Dear Keaton's items for any reason, you may return them within 14 days of receiving. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. All hardware lighting, as well as freight-shipped furniture, are not returnable. Please email Dear Keaton within 7 days of receipt to receive a return permission. Make a distinct mark on the packing slip with the RMA number given. All shipping payments are non-refundable, and the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. Once your return has been received and reviewed, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed. Items marked as "in back order" can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order is placed. For in-stock products, they are unable to cancel or edit orders.

A lovely, well-crafted piece of furniture. I'd had enough of the same old crap, so this is a welcome change. It's highly substantial and long-lasting. It's a rich dark wood gray color (not black as it may appear in some of the photos). The delivery crew was really courteous and took great care to place it exactly where I wanted it. I really like the dresser. It's just what we were looking for. Thank you for providing such a high-quality product and excellent customer service. I'll be ordering two more for my daughters soon. I'm pleased with my purchase and had a pleasant purchasing experience.
