This site is a SCAM!!!!! I was offered a 25% discount, but when I went to complete my order, the discount WENT AWAY!!!!!

Customer service is terrible and the company is disorganized. I ordered two 4-packs of seltzers. There was only one case of seltzer in the box when it came. I was charged for two cases, as stated on the package insert.
I contacted them, and I believe I would not have received a refund for the missing product if I hadn't paid extra.
When I requested a replacement, I was told that I would have to place a new order and pay the $7.99 heavy item fee and shipping cost AGAIN! Even though the error was on their end, they refused to waive the charges.
This company is not one that I would suggest. They're money-hungry and rude when it comes to customer service.Ordered on March 28th (AM)-Still Hasn't Shipped as of 4/7 (USPS Tracking Proof)
I ordered "1" 3g vape cart on March 28th in the AM, yet after numerous emails back and forth with customer service, am being told the issue is on USPS. However, tracking shows USPS never physically received the item. This isn't my first rodeo with this type of delay/issue, yet 9/10 times the issue isn't on USPS if they haven't even received the shipment. Was promised "reship" days ago, yet their latest reply is now asking me to keep waiting for tracking to update? 10 days since placing order and nothing. Wow! BEWARE!

Awful company. Do not order from them. It’s been a week and they have not shipped my order or replied to any customer service emails that I’ve sent. I will be filing a charge back with my bank.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience! As my recently added review describes, the EXACT SAME situation is happening to me. They initially said a "re-ship" would take place after USPS tracking shows they never physically received the package from Direct Delta 8 Shop (10 days after placing order), yet their most recent email response states they did ship it and to continue waiting!? If it's already been 10 days with ZERO movement/updates from USPS tracking they provided, what gives? 100% unacceptable and will also be reaching out to my payment service to reverse charge if they don't re-ship in a timely manner. The only good news is I have proof via tracking.
