At Eastern Serenity, you can make your orders either through their online shop or toll-free number. The items in stock are shipped from the Santa Fe warehouse by FedexGround or UPS. Processing of shipping usually takes about 48 hours, after which the order will be dispatched for delivery. Eastern Serenity also accepts orders from countries outside the United States like Canada. Depending on your delivery location, your purchased items will be shipped from a specific warehouse. The accepted payment methods at Eastern Serenity are checks, money orders, wire transfers and all major credit cards.

Eastern Serenity stands behind the quality of everything sold. Each item is carefully handmade by artisans and skilled craftsmen; therefore, variations in finishes, castings, symmetry, and detailing are anticipated and expected. A full guarantee is offered for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items (including shipping cost for replacement). These must be declared within five days of receiving your products by calling us at (800) 641-0137 or email to info@easternserenity.com. Also, notify customer service that you have received damaged goods and hold the original packaging materials and damaged merchandise for inspection. Otherwise no claim, replacement, or refund can be honored. Also, take as many photos as possible and email them to info@easternserenity.com. Confirmation will, then, be made on the return shipping information and work through the return details. Due to Covid-19 issues, masks or merchandise that cannot be sterilized upon return are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to learn that my bad review was promptly responded to, and the gentleman who called me was truly concerned and wanted to make things right. His genuine interest in my circumstances was refreshing, and he more than made up for the difficulties. This is how a company that cares about its customers should function.
