Adhesive Tab
I’m very impressed with how easy the tiles were installed! I started thinking I would put a few tiles up and was finished with the entire installation before I knew it. I ordered because I was interested in ridding my basement office of the echo I was experiencing during zoom meetings. Not only did the Installation help with the echo, but they also bring a fresh design to the room as well. I was extremely impressed with my experience from ordering to finished product. I highly recommend Felt right to anyone in need of good quality tiles that are beautiful, durable, and affordable, their services are awesome and worth your while

When I came across Felt Right I thought it was a fantastic idea. Eighteen months and over $500 later, I deeply, deeply regret purchasing Felt Right. First, the design calculator did not correctly calculate the number of tiles I needed for my design. I measured the space three times before entering my measurements. Second, I've found tiles falling off the wall for the third time. The tiles have fallen off EVERY wall to which I have applied them. I followed the instructions. I watched the installation video. I got blisters on my fingers from rubbing the adhesive strips. When rehanging a tile I didn't place the adhesive strip in the same location so I could avoid adhesion issues. Once a tile was rehung I rubbed the front of the tile with a hammer to try to aid adhesion. Third, the top layer of dry wall was removed four times by the adhesive strips. I had to move a heavy bed frame to re-adhere tiles. Now I have to move the bed frame again. I took photos of fallen tiles on 08/16/2023. I rehung the tiles that same day. A photo from 09/24/2023 shows that these same tiles have fallen again. They didn't even stay up for six weeks.

Everything they are asking for a review on: ordering, service, pricing and delivery is 5 stars. The tiles are beautiful, thick, and definitely helped us in the noise canceling area. However, we installed as directed, and nearly every single tile fell off the wall. So I doubled, then tripled the adhesives, and they continue to fall. They are starting to get bent and are losing their sharp corners from hitting the floor so hard (some are installed in our 16' vault) and I am getting frustrated. I spent a lot of money on these products. The adhesive is remaining on the walls, but is not adhering to the felt, so this really seems like a product issue. I am feeling like this is a one star product at the moment.
