    We fell in love with Inspired Homes' display home right immediately and knew that they would be the ones to design our home. We chose a custom build because we had an irregularly shaped plot of land. Andrew and Charley did a terrific job of looking after us the entire time. Because we didn't live in the area, they made sure the appointments were convenient for us. We had excellent communication with one another. Before we came down for Andrew's appointments, Charley always took the time to plan everything. We had several lengthy meetings with him to view the final design, and he was always patient in meeting all of our needs. Sure home plug.

    Avoid this company. This establishment has the most unprofessional and incompetent customer service I have ever encountered.

    Long story short. I ordered a sofa from Lowe's. Inspired Home is the vendor.

    When the delivery never came to my house after I took the whole day off to wait for it, I called Lowe's. They said to call Inspired Home, the vendor, to get tracking info.

    Well, 10 days, 13 emails and phone calls later, I FINALLY got a tracking number. Only to discover it's not mine. The tracking number they gave me was for an item going to a completely different state than mine.

    So now it's almost a month since I've ordered this item. I have no idea where it is or when it's being delivered. No one at Lowe's seems to be able to help. No one at Inspired Home will return phone calls or emails, despite repeated attempts and voicemails.

    They were happy to take my money right away, but delivery and customer service? Non-existent. If you can, never deal with this company EVER.

    My wife purchased a beautiful white lacquer hutch from inspired homes. When she initially ordered, she never received the receipt online and in subsequent days had to call AMEX to verify the order and follow up with customer service. The customer service is virtually non- existent. Good luck talking to someone if you don’t have 6-8 hours available over a course of days to attempt to talk to someone. The best bet is the chat feature which has a day lag between question and response. When ordering the item, inspired homes stated that the hutch would arrive roughly within 2 weeks according to their website, however, after nearly 2 months and multiple phone calls, we finally received the item. OK, on to the best part, once we received the item and began assembling it, during the first steps which requires an opposing left/ right piece, we were sent to lefts (#2), these are critical pieces for assembly because they are the foundations to the hutch. We quickly informed customer service through the chat feature and finally after a week was told that they could neither send us the replacement piece or a new hutch. They did, however offer us $100 credit, which was the biggest insult. We nearly spent $1000 on the hutch not to be able to use it and then they offer $100 credit for a net loss to us of $900…plus I don’t think there is anything on there website that even costs $100. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
