Lenses
I needed to work on an existing pair of frames whose lenses had been broken. I placed an order for a box to send my frames in, and it arrived quickly, and my frames were on their way to them. They received it and I got my new glasses after 3 weeks. The lenses have a nice look. They appear to be of good quality and are resistant to smudging. This is a fantastic prescription. It's a step up from my current glasses. My frames appear to have been cleaned and tightened at the same time.
I recommend them because of the low pricing and the opportunity to do everything from home.
New lens on my own frame and never got it worked property after over 2 months
After getting my new lens on my own frame, I noticed it wasn't working right. Part of the reason was that I did not notice the incorrect order detail of "distance." I emailed asked for redoing it for "reading/work" and the cost. I was told it would be free of charge. However, it has been over 2 months of communicating back and forth. Each time, it was a different staff and asking me for something new. One of them asked me to ask my eye doctor to reprint the prescription because what I attached(the photo file of the prescription) was forged. It was the exact same file attached to the original order which had no issue. If your eyesight is crucial for your profession, I strongly recommend not using this company. Instead, go to your local store where you can get help as you try on the lens and communicate with the in-person staff.
Replacment lenes and handled my NEW frame like OLD glasses
Terrible customer service and the LAB WORK making my glasses, JUST awfully LAZY. I sent NEW frames to get lenses made, glasses were not return in the same condition as they were sent. they handled them like OLD glasses.
