. The products are in different categories like the kid’s and baby category which contains girl’s clothing and accessories, boys clothing and accessories, bath and body. The company also offers a women’s category which contains clothing, shoes, accessories, maternity, bath and body. Maisonette also has a home category which contains seasonal items, décor, furniture, bath and body. Maisonette has a gear category which is available in diapers, wipes, diaper bags, strollers, car seats, swaddles, carriers, humidifiers and air purifiers. The company sells gifts which are featured by age, price, occasion and jewelry. The company offers a play category which has toys for kids, babies, outdoor and learning.

Products purchased at maisonette receive delivery services

. Payment on purchases can be done through visa, discover, master card, American Express, apple pay and PayPal. Once your order is shipped a confirmation email is sent containing your tracking number. Shipping at maisonette is done in the USA via domestic ground shipping and traditional ground shipping. Shipping is also done outside the USA however the purchase may incur taxes or duties.

Exchange and return policy offered at Maisonette.

Maisonette accepts returns on items 30 days from receipt except for items purchased within November 1st and December 15th

which are returned the next year by January 15th. The returned items should be unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and in the original packaging. If the buyer wants to return many products acquired from maisonette the products should be returned separately and each with a return label. Items marked as final sale, gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned. Once the return is processed it takes 7-10 business days for a refund to be posted in the original means of payment. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

lots of stuff

Maisonette is one of my favorite places to shop on! First of all, they have the most adorable selection. its not just clothing, they have toys, books, Women wear... once you order the item they ship it SO fast and it comes to you 2-3 days later! I ordered something that they had to ship from France and it came 3 days later! They are a very reliable company and they have very good customer service! I definitely recommend shopping there!

Romper for 6-12 mo old

I ordered a 6-12 mo old romper for my grandson & received it on May 27. I gave it to him as a gift 2 weeks later & it was too large for him. He grew into it last week but when my daughter-in-law put it on him, two of the snaps broke. I picked it up today to return it & Maisonette refuses to accept a return because it is more than 30 days since delivery & the snaps could have come off, as they say, due to general wear & tear. They tried to mollify me by offering a 15% discount, but I will not buy from them in the future. Very poor quality merchandise, unrealistically short return period & unhelpful customer service.

kids zip up ski gloves

I will try to sum this up TERRRIBLE customer service! The ladies were nice but couldn't ever resolve my issue. I placed an order on Nov 20th. I still hadn't received it Dec 6 so started calling - called every day to be told they were checking with the brand partner. Finally on Dec 12 I give them a new address to ship to because they were so late with the package. Every day that week they were checking with the brand partner and were changing the shipping to the new address. I finally got a shipment notice on Dec 16th for delivery on Dec 21st and to the wrong address! Just absolute terrible customer service. I understand its the holidays but absolutely nothing went right with this order and they never tried to make it right. Will never order from them again and suggest they work on finding another way other than "messaging" to reach their brand partners!

Pajamas

My package ended up lost and the company completely refused to help in any sort of way. They told me because UPS wasn’t able to file a claim for me, then they could not honor any kind of refund or even store credit. I’m out of over $200 dollars as well as the items that i purchased. This was my first time purchasing also, and I did not think it would be my last but unfortunately it is my last. Horrible business practice. They do not care about their customers. They make hundreds of thousands of dollars but would rather lose several customers because they do not want to help. I’m very disappointed. Won’t be shopping with them again.

STOKKE high chair

I was sent a false tracking number and image by customer service, claiming my purchase, a STOKKE high chair was delivered. The image shows a GROCERY BOX in a totally different town and state, yet customer rep “Maria D” claims it was delivered. Either company is completely incompetent or they are running a SCAM.
