Tuxedo Jacket and Pants
I ordered a tuxedo jacket and pants for my son's Junior Prom on April 28, 2022. I received my order on May 3, 2022. The tuxedo jacket and pants were too large for my son and I began contacting Men's Tuxedo USW on May 7, 2022, after reading the return and exchange policy. According to the Return and Exchange policy on their website, it states that you have 14 days to return items that still have the tags in place. I have requested a return label, at least once a day, since May 7, 2022 and still haven't received a return label. I have also attempted to call and the number on the website has a number with a recording that states that you need to email them because of their staffing, due to COVID. I called a number that I obtained from my bank, several times and was unable to speak with anyone regarding my return. The sad part is that I ordered a second suit for sizing purposes, which was a perfect fit, and now I'm stuck with the larger suit. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY AND WOULD DEFINITELY SUGGEST THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES.
A Jacket
I made the decision to purchase this particular item. For a tuxedo in this price range, it exceeded my expectations. The fabric is light and airy, making it ideal for formal nights on ocean cruises to the Caribbean. The garment arrived in less than nine days after being shipped by USPS in a sturdy plastic bag. Due to the material, it did not come with any wrinkles when I took it out of the package, despite the fact that it was shipped that way. The waist is at least an inch, if not more, adjustable in and out. The slacks are not hemmed as advertised and will need to be finished by a seamstress or tailor. The jacket is well-made and has a nice cut. The tuxedo also came with a garment bag for storage or travel. I am completely satisfied with the purchase.
Tuxedo jacket and bow tie
I wish we would have read the reviews prior to ordering, but we were in critical time for my son’s prom. The first suit he ordered did not fit correctly. I am now in deep regret. We spent $160 on it and later received an email that it was damaged so they did not ship it. This is when they should’ve automatically returned my money. They still haven’t done that. As stated in the other reviews, you can now only email them. I have done so twice now with only their automated response. Do not do business with them. They are irresponsible, neglectful, unprofessional, and at this point almost safe to say thieves. Looks like I am going to have to file a claim. Very disappointed and frustrated. They should not continue to take orders if they don’t have the manpower to run the company professionally and correctly.
Tuxedo, Tuxedo Shirts, Hat, Bow Ties
Order #35139. Paid for 2 day air shipping, company only provided one tracking number, but the items where delivered over a period of several days with different tracking numbers. Tuxedo came in a box without any packing label, order slip, or return information. The shirts I ordered were nothing like depicted in the photo. One item never arrived. If you call the company you get a message that they only respond by email. I emailed them 3 times, and even submitted a message via their website. No response ever. I had to open a fraud claim with my credit card company. Do not do business with this company. Worst experience ever.
tuxedo jacket - worst decision ever
They sent me the tuxedo jacket in very fast time but it was the wrong jacket and the size was too small. (that wasn't their fault). I immediately sent the jacket back per their instructions and that's when the problems started. Lack of response. I sent them numerous emails. Finally got a response saying they didn't have that jacket in my size. I immediately sent options. Didn't hear from them. Tried to call but found they no longer have phone service it's all by email because they suck so bad. Worst decision ever. Save your money and your sanity. I finally had to purchase a jacket from Amazon. There's a reason these smaller companies are going out of business because they suck at service.
Ivory Parsley shiny dinner jacket
I had ordered an Ivory Parsely dinner Jacket, a black vest and bow tie. Delivery was fast no complaints but when i open the box the suit was Statement not Parsely as stated and the color was white instead of Ivory. I immediately tried to call of course they mention to send email, so i did. I get a response bout it takes 48 hours to response back so i waited the allotted time. No response, so I emailed again. Instead addressing my issue of not only the wrong dinner jacket but i didnt received the vest or bow tie. Which they say it may come separately. When I finally get a response with an address for return for refund i was also offered 30.00 if i keep the suit. Yesturday around midnight, I get another reponse and it says Do you like suit? Have you tried it on? I felt those questions to be awkward after i was already sent the address for refund. I respond back and said no, im returning the suit. I immediately get a response that they will resond within 48 hours. I am keeping a trail of receipts and emails to pursue this matter with my lawyers. This is unacceptable customer service and shouldnt be tolerated.
Western tuxedo
I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. I ordered 2 outfits and only received one and it was the wrong style. I’ve been patient and no response whatsoever. Horrible company/people to deal with.

Tuxedo Purchase
This People absolutely SUCK and LACKS COMMUNICATION. My Message to Menstuxedosusa You guys are not fair at all. I have a wedding coming up and I have been waiting for someone to respond for over five days. You are intentionally waiting till 14 days are up so that customers are not able to return products. How can we accurately follow the return policy if you all take weeks to respond to your customer this is quite embarrassing to own a company and not treat your customers with dignity and respect. Everybody has to pay for their wrongs at some point and with a company like this your recompense will be devastating.
