Mike's Cigars shipping and delivery services

Orders ship at different times. Orders placed before 2PM EST time will ship the same day except for international orders.

All other orders placed past 2PM EST ship the following day provided it is a business day and not a holiday. Overnight orders placed by 4PM EST ship the following day. Mike’s Cigars offers free shipping on full cigar boxes with a minimum of 20 cigars within contagious USA. Additional charges may accrue for heavy items such as humidors and some ashtrays. Shipments going to remote locations may also be charged an additional fee. In case of any additional charges, you will be informed before your products ship. This also applies to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses which ship through USPS may incur additional charges. You have the option of purchasing insurance to cover for any loss or damage that may occur to your products.

 Return and Exchange Policy offered at Mike's Cigars

If you are not satisfied with a product, you should notify Mike’s Cigars within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise

. Mike’s Cigars will then issue you a Return Authorization Number which you will mark clearly on the package next to the address label. Merchandise returned without an authorization number is subject to 50% restocking fee or $ 15 whichever is more. For items to eligible for return, they must be in their original packaging and in a new condition. All gifts must also be returned together with the merchandise. Collector items, lighters or limited-edition items cannot be returned.
