Bag
Bought a bag here. The quality was really great… better than i expected. But the most selling point for me is their customer service. The person that keeps emailing me was very helpful. No matter how minor my questions she always reply to me. And so far i have my bag for Almost 2 years and it still as gorgeous as the day i bought it.❤️
Bag Strap
I had a Mirta Bag which I've owned for approximately 6 months; I requested a custom strap for the bag. I merely wanted a shorter strap to carry the bag as a shoulder bag, as the bag and original strap was still in excellent shape. Communication with their Customer Service was as smooth as always, and when the strap arrived, it was just what I had hoped for. It's a fantastic match for the bag. I just wish there were more delivery alternatives since I had to pay express shipping, which added to the whole cost of the piece I purchased. However, the price of the strap was really fair, therefore I am very happy with it. This bag will be a part of my collection for the rest of my life, and I will use it frequently.
