Password cracker
The software is a godsend and works very easily. Does as is advertised and is simple to use. The support team are also very helpful and prompt. I appreciated them helping resolve my issue in a way that went above and beyond what they needed to do.
I had a great experience. Very fast and easy help to crack lost/forgotten password indeed. Its extremely user friendly to use. I had forgotten ZIP/Rar password and this application was a great help to crack it very easily. Highly recommend this product for cracking forgotten passwords easily. Needless to say, the support staff is very kind and prompt.

Ordering was relatively straightforward, however the passkey issued was faulty and did not work. On notifying about the problem there was no quick replacement and supply of new but a cheeky offer to only refund 30% of my payment rather than the LEGAL FULL CASH REFUND for a faulty product. I asked three times for a repair and fix/replacement and got a mail back stating that the manager says we will keep your money and it can be used against future purchases. That is NOT what the global Consumer Guarantees Acts state for Faulty Goods. I advised that if a full refund did not follow that I would be happy to educate others via review and social sites about their dishonest and illegal activities, plus notify Global Financial Institutions of their decptive trading practices. That has just begun. Never buy ANYTHING from these CROOKS!

software did not work. they refused to honor their advertised 30 day money back guarantee. they offered me other software instead, first for an additional charge, then for free, then they started to offer partial refunds starting at 30% and stopping at 70%. i threatened legal action and they finally agreed to refund 100%. That was 7 weeks ago. No refund and their email inbox rejects all emails. STAY FAR AWAY SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
PassFab for Excel
This software didn't work. I purchased it to remove or to recover a forgotten password. I ran it. It took more than 20 hours and never recovered the password. I ran 3 the options and any of them worked. That's a completely FRAUD. I recommend you not to purchase this product. You're going to waste your time & money
PassFab iPhone Backup Unlocker
While the product does what it says it does (searches for forgotten passwords), it does so very slowly. I had it use the dictionary to search for my forgotten password and it tries 7 passwords per MINUTE. With there being over 170,000 words in the dictionary, this would take a very long time. So after letting it run all night I decided to attempt a "focused" password search where I put in possible letter and number combinations. This reduced the search time to 1 password per MINUTE. Yes, you read that correctly, 1 password attempt per minute. Had I known it was this slow, I would have never purchased the product.

It did not unlock my IPad as described and they are refusing to return my money.

I upgraded an old demo copy of PassFab's screen recording software ($48.13 CDN) to record another program interacting with my computer while I played a game. Their software didn't do this. I contacted support and asked for help. They made a suggestion, I tried that, it didn't work. I emailed them back, and they said I'd have to show it wasn't working, with no recommendations on how I do that.
Over the next ten days, I spent 7+ hours using other screen recording software to prove that PassFab's wasn't working. I finally just asked for a refund. They said they'd get back to me. After a week, I asked for an update on my refund. They said the problem wasn't with their software, so they're not honouring the guarantee.
Uhm. It's working fine in plenty of other screen recording software programs, I found other bugs and had to fix them, it's obviously their software. They say nope. I've had to do a reverse charges. Save yourself a lot of time, money, and headaches. Go with another company.
